The 23rd annual Share a Heart Campaign, presented by McDonald’s® of the Ozarks, took place January 26th through February 29th, 2016. For 35 days, people were able to purchase red, pink and gold paper hearts for $1, $5 and $20 (respectively), and they proudly signed their names to each heart. The signed paper hearts were displayed on the walls and windows of more than 60 participating McDonald’s restaurants throughout Southwest Missouri and Northern Arkansas.
Every donated dollar is going directly to support Springfield’s two Ronald McDonald Houses. Annual operating expenses for the Houses exceed $900,000 – a need met by donations from people like you. Your Share a Heart donations made all the difference! This year, we raised more than $119,000 through the support provided by our partners at McDonald’s of the Ozarks, our generous sponsors and the giving Ozarks community. Thank you so much for all of your support.
During the Share a Heart Campaign, participants had the opportunity to support the families and children we serve by donating three different ways:
This is our largest fundraiser of the year, and it would not be possible without our volunteers, McDonald’s and all of our sponsors. Learn more about our generous sponsors by clicking on the logos below.
